  • I offer worldwide shipping to your home/office/nearest shipping service terminal within 7-21 days of received payment. No extra added cost for shipping on paintings inside Europe. However, this does not apply to other items on this website. I ship with UPS, and Swedish Posten. I am not subject to be held responsible for any delay during the shipping process. Neither am I responsible for any customs or import taxes or other, that may apply.

    If your product/products appears to be damaged in any way upon arrival, then you should immediately report this to the shipping company and make a complaint. If they do not assume liability for damages, then contact me at hello@kristensenart.com as soon as possible with a copy of the denied complaint report, pictures and details of the damaged product(s) as well as any additional information that I might need and I will get back to you as soon as possible.

    SHIPPING WITHIN SWEDEN
    Delivery to your home/office during working hours or closest service pickup point if preferred. For local pick up (Bunkeflostrand, Malmö), choose “PICKUP”-option during payment checkout or contact me.

    SHIPPING INSIDE EUROPE
    FREE shipping inside Europe applies to paintings only. Delivery to your home/office during working hours or closest service pickup point if preferred. Inside EU there will be no customs or import fees or taxes to receive you painting(s).

    SHIPPING REST OF THE WORLD
    Please get in touch for added shipping costs outside of Europe.
    Acrylic paintings on cotton canvas will be shipped in a roll unless said so otherwise. Delivery to your home/office during working hours or closest service pickup point if preferred. There could occur customs or import fees or taxes to receive you painting(s) and is to be paid by you.

  • All products are priced in Swedish Kronor (SEK). Payment will be done in SEK currency. Full payment is to be made and received by artist BEFORE shipping of the artwork takes place.

    Payment is made either directly on the website OR through international bank transfer or Paypal (or Swish for Swedish customers).

    Digital receipt will be emailed once the payment is cleared. For businesses, invoice can be made - get in touch.

  • Non-commissioned products can be returned within 14 days after receiving your package. But please notify me in advance. However, non-commissioned paintings where you have requested to add a frame, no returns can be made. Only when the painting already included a frame do I allow returns.

    Note that I do not pay for any additional return fees (such as packaging materials, insurance and shipping costs) and that you are responsible for delivering the package back to me in a secure way. As soon as I have cleared that the product/products is/are in perfect condition (or same as when it left my hands) I will refund you 100%.

    In case of damages or signs of used product I will evaluate the depreciation. I reserve the right to deduct an amount corresponding to the depreciation from the original price and refunding you accordingly.

    Pillows, commissioned jewellery and commissioned paintings are custom ordered for you, therefore I am unable to accept returns.

  • Yes, if you are a design & furniture high-end store, real estate agency, interior designer, high-fashion clothes designer or similar do get in touch. Also if you are looking for an abstract image to a book cover - I’d be happy to hear from you! Email me the details and your proposal and I will get back to you within a week.

    My perspective on collaborations are: “If you want to go fast, go alone. But if you want to go FAR, go TOGETHER.”

  • Yes, all products displayed on this website are created by me except for the throw pillows. But they use images from my original art.

  • Bubble wrap, corner enhancers, multiple layers of cardboard. Whenever I can, I re-use cardboard to save on the environment.

  • It is very important for me that you feel completely safe when purchasing products or contacting me. Therefore I handle all sensitive information, such as personal information etc., according to current GDPR regulations.

    Please note that brightness and colours might appear slightly different in photos than in real life. My artwork is photographed with a Sony Xperia mobile and I try to show my artwork as true to the originals as possible, but depending on what device you view from, the contrast, colour temperature and brightness you may vary slightly from the original painting.
